| How Long will it take to receive my shipment? We ship our orders within 1 to 2 business working days. This means, the order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business after the order was placed. All ground orders usually take the following amount of time after they have been shipped: West Coast = approx. 1 to 2 business working days Mid West = approx. 3 to 4 business working days East Coast = approx. 4 to 5 business working days FedEx ground shipments can take up to 7 to 15 business working days to arrive but this is highly unlikely. Orders for custom outdoor supplies can vary. We are located in Los Angeles so when you put your order in, we are still going. Can I cancel my order? Please call to cancel any orders within 1 hour. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus any associated shipping and restocking fees.
